Southridge Builders is growing, and we're looking for a well-rounded residential construction professional to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can solve problems in the field, and enjoys building projects the right way. Pay dependent on experience.
Our work includes:
- Major home remodels
- Residential additions
- Custom homes
- ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units)
What we're looking for:
- Strong framing experience
- Demolition and remodel experience
- Siding, windows, and exterior work
- Finish carpentry and trim
- Ability to read plans and think ahead
- Comfortable working with homeowners on occupied projects
- Dependable, professional, and a team player
- Able to work independently when needed
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
