The successful candidate will be responsible for complex legal drafting in acquisitions, development, and commercial planned communities. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities:
Familiarity with acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate in a law firm experience is required. Candidates with 2+ years of experience, excellent academic credentials, and prior experience in an Am Law 200 firm are encouraged to apply!
