RedBrick Community Management is a growing company that specializes in managing condominium and homeowner associations throughout Chicagoland. We are committed to providing responsive service, strong financial oversight, and reliable management for the communities we serve.
We are currently hiring Community Association Managers—portfolio (hybrid) positions are available. Salary is commensurate with experience and portfolio size.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, responding promptly to calls and emails.
- Conduct regular property inspections, generate and track work orders, and monitor vendor performance.
- Identify and document violations; follow through with appropriate notices and resolution.
- Assist boards with annual budgeting and provide clear interpretation of financial statements.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects and contractor services.
- Attend evening board meetings and participate in rotating on-call emergency response.
- Partner with fellow managers and support staff to ensure communities are well maintained and efficiently managed.
Qualifications
- Active CMCA/CAM License (required for most positions; preferred for all).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with property management software or ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Reliable transportation for property visits and meetings.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
