What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality cleaning services to residential clients, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and light organizing.
- Follow customized cleaning checklists to meet client expectations and ensure consistent quality service.
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with clients and team members.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
- Report any safety concerns, damages, or feedback to supervisors.

What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy individuals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to take on laborious work: lift up to 25 pounds, be on your knees, bend over, walk up and down stairs
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred but not always required, so long as you have a way of getting around with cleaning supplies).
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
- English speaking preferred

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
