What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Team
- Drive KPI reporting, dashboard management, and performance analytics
- Improve customer service, order processing, and team productivity
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Technical Account Managers
- Resolve customer escalations and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of customer service, account services, or sales support experience
- Strong KPI reporting and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Bilingual English Required/Spanish required
- Aerospace or regulated industry experience highly preferred
