Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, specifically regarding asphalt paving work, including but not limited to raking, digging, sweeping, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on construction equipment
Skills:
-*At least 3 years of construction experience needed*
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
