Job Title: Remote Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Telemedicine (NJ Focused)

We are Tuyo Health, a fast-growing telehealth startup built specifically to serve the Hispanic community. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a clinical powerhouse to join our team to help us deliver accessible, high-quality care in weight management, hormone replacement, and general wellness.
The Role:
This is a highly flexible, 100% remote role. You will be managing a mix of asynchronous tasks (chart reviews, lab evaluations, and patient messaging) and synchronous visits (video consults). You get to work on your own time while making a massive impact on a heavily underserved demographic.
Nice-to-Haves (What will make you stand out):
- Active NP License in New Jersey (NJ).
- Multi-state licenses are a HUGE plus (the more states you have, the more patient volume and hours we can guarantee you).
- 100% Bilingual (English & Spanish) – This is non-negotiable
- Ability to comfortably navigate EMRs and manage both sync and async workflows.
- Prior experience in telemedicine/telehealth.
- Direct clinical experience with Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1s) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT).
- A strong background in primary care or wellness medicine.
