Responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding, and following new hires through their journey to identify areas of success/ improvement/ concern.
- Collaborate with Clinic Managers to determine recruitment needs.
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit these available positions.
- Complete onboarding paperwork. Including but not limited to confirming and verifying identification and work history.
- Assist in the facilitation of orientation for all new hires.
- Research and development opportunities to recruit, retain, and promote a culturally diverse workforce.
- Manage and monitor job postings.
EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of experience with Autism/ABA hiring preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
