American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for a day shift contract position at a hospital in Baton Rouge, LA.

NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) setting

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Every other weekend (EOW) rotation

13-week contract

CRT or RRT credential required

NICU experience required

Active Louisiana (LA) respiratory therapy license required prior to placement — license required if applicable

Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
