We are looking to hire Home Staging Assistant!
We stage homes all over the DMV with a focus in Northern VA.
We are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule & is available Monday-Friday for about 10-30 hours per week.
Starting pay is between $16 an hour.
This position entails flexibility + positive attitude! The hiring process takes about one-two weeks and includes paid trial days. We are looking for someone with great work ethic, willingness to learn, dependable, follows detailed directions, is adaptable, and works well in a fast paced environment!
Being a team player, efficient, organized, detail oriented, and punctual is a must.
The position will require:
-being able to lift at least 30lbs + be on your feet throughout the day
-your own form of transpiration. there is a lot of traveling between warehouse and staging locations (we cover a percentage of millage between work locations)
-cleaning surfaces/ around the warehouse + at staged properties
-steaming bedding/linens
-hanging art (with nails)
-packing inventory in bins safely + securely
-loading/unloading accessories/art etc.
-putting away inventory at the warehouse in an organized manner
-following our systems we have in place
-lunch runs/other errands pertaining to the job
-previewing upcoming staging properties when needed
-using personal vehicle for small accessory decor items and/or bin transportation when needed
