We are currently interviewing candidates for a Residential Lead Carpenter position on a full-time basis. This is a W2 position with Benefits. Our client base spans the Baltimore area from Baltimore City to North Baltimore County. We specialize in high end renovations in unique and older homes. We are looking for a candidate who is clean, organized, conscientious and driven to produce a high-quality product in the most efficient way possible. The candidate must be able to communicate and work well with home owners, subcontractors, carpenters, designers, and architects.
The candidate must fit the following requirements:
- Have at least 10 years Residential carpentry experience
- Have a professional and clean appearance
- Own a dependable vehicle, power, and hand tools
- Be a skilled carpenter
- Able to manage carpenters, subcontractors, and helpers
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Reliable, honest and punctual
- Able to read and follow drawings and detailed scopes of work
- Able to communicate effectively with homeowners, designers, and architects
