About the Role

- Be available when needed most: Reliability matters — we are especially seeking team members with strong availability.
- Stay compliant: Follow NY OCM regulations and store protocols to ensure safe and responsible sales.
- Keep the flow moving: Manage transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining high energy on the floor.
- Represent the brand: Maintain a professional image and reflect Happy Goat’s upbeat, welcoming identity.

- Must meet New York State cannabis industry employment requirements (21+, background clearance).

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 34 per week
