University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in Canton Township, MI. This role involves providing essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with mobility and exercises as prescribed.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and client confidentiality standards.
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a caregiving role is an asset, but NOT require.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice per month.
