- Conduct data entry for customer accounts, loan applications, and transaction records using financial software systems
- Support loan processing activities such as collections, documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate cash management procedures by balancing registers and reconciling daily transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a focus on customer engagement
- Knowledge of banking or financial services products, including retail lending and loan collections
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and basic accounting tasks
- Proficiency in data entry, cash handling, cashiering, and 10 key typing for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills to explain financial products clearly and build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with financial software systems used for loan processing and account management
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
