The Sales Enrollment Representative also helps customers enroll personally in Frontier's TV and fiber internet services, showing them they can get more for less.
As a Sales Enrollment Representative, you’ll build direct connections with customers by driving sales for Frontier’s internet and TV services and enrolling them in the perfect plan. Through in-person sales interactions, the Sales Enrollment Representative explains the benefits of Frontier, handles enrollment details, and closes sales that create loyal customers.
Core Functions of the Sales Enrollment Representative
- Prospect and connect with our customers in person to expand Frontier's customer base through successful Internet and TV enrollments.
- Recommend customized Frontier Fiber Internet and TV solutions in person that match customer needs while increasing enrollment conversion rates.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations that highlight Frontier's fiber reliability, entertainment options, and bundled service advantages.
- Manage every stage of the customer sales journey, from initial consultation through completed service enrollment and activation readiness.
- Build customer confidence by addressing questions, handling objections, and positioning Frontier solutions as the best overall value.
- Consistently identify sales opportunities by recommending faster Internet speeds, enhanced TV options, and service bundles.
