Royalty Cleaning Services LLC is currently looking for a part-time janitorial cleaner to fill an open position.
The schedule for this role is twice a week:
- Wednesdays between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The position is scheduled to start this Wednesday August 26th . The starting pay rate will depend on experience and ranges from $17.50 to $18.75 per hour.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 or more years of experience working in the housekeeping and janitorial field
- Strong attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to make direct decisions
- Great communication skills and excellent dependability
- Reliable personal transportation
- A smartphone to download and use a digital key to access the buildings
The responsibilities of the job include:
- Cleaning multiple buildings on the property
- Traveling between buildings outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically pushing a work cart
- Taking inventory daily and reporting any problems that arise
- Must live in Thompson Station or Franklin area.
Please note that this position is designated for a single cleaner, and there is no coverage available for your shift. If at any time you need time off, it must be reported several weeks in advance.
