A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design or construction related field. Experience with façade examinations and Property Condition Assessments is highly desirable. Ability to evaluation structural conditions and make realistic repair recommendations and cost estimates is required. We are seeking an individual to prepare specialized façade inspections as part of Property Condition Assessment report for equity scope transactions. Additional job duties include interfacing with various levels of project management staff and preparing technical reports summarizing conditions observed in the field.
