A note about Braxy
Braxy Speech Therapy is a small, clinician-owned practice — not a large staffing agency or faceless recruiting company. Braxy was founded and is led by Bradi O’Rourke, a practicing ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist who understands the realities of school-based therapy because she has lived them.
When you work with Braxy, you work directly with a fellow clinician. We advocate for strong rate and placement fit, help coordinate contracts, onboarding, and billing, and provide support without the corporate agency feel.
You get the structure and organization of an agency with the heart, advocacy, and understanding of an SLP-owned practice.

Braxy Speech Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide school-based speech and language services to students in Illinois.
