A well-established real estate owner-operator is hiring a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing performance and renewals across a residential portfolio in the Boston area. This is a high visibility role with strong internal partnership and room to drive strategy.
Key Details
Location and work arrangement: Boston area, primarily in office with periodic site visits
Pay: Base salary target 110000 to 130000 plus bonus potential

Own the renewal pipeline and leasing execution for a stable, high occupancy residential portfolio
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve leasing outcomes, pricing decisions, and unit strategy
Blend hands on leasing leadership with analysis and market insight
Responsibilities
Manage the rent roll, lease renewals, and upcoming availability to maintain occupancy and reduce vacancy loss
Coordinate leasing activity with brokers and internal property teams to ensure timely showings and clean handoffs
Support decisions related to unit turns and renovations by providing leasing input, comps, and market feedback
Track and analyze leasing performance, pricing, and market conditions and present actionable recommendations
Ensure lease and tenant related processes align with applicable regulations and internal standards
Maintain accurate leasing data and reporting, including work in AppFolio and Excel
Required Qualifications
7 or more years of residential leasing experience, including ownership of renewals and leasing performance
Demonstrated stability and follow through in prior roles
Strong organization and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Comfortable interacting with tenants, brokers, and internal leadership
Strong Excel skills and experience working in a property management system, AppFolio preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree a plus, not required with the right experience
Experience supporting leasing strategy for a multi property portfolio
