**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing driver and vehicle safety, overseeing construction safety operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and supporting risk management activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to compliance, safety, and driving.
- Manage, maintain, and enforce administrative systems and procedures such as safety and driving programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory agencies
- Oversee workers' compensation claims, vehicle accidents, insurance claims, and other related tasks
- Review driving safety reports utilizing GPS data, and warn or discipline employees as needed
- Support construction management activities
- Loss control related activities such as theft prevention and time management auditing
**Experience**
- Proven experience in compliance management and risk assessment
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and practices
- Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards and requirements
- Proficiency in utilizing computers and basic programs like outlook, word, and excel as well as online databases for GPS tracking
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
