Job Summary
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, business-minded, and eager to learn while working closely with leadership in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll partner directly with the CEO to help manage priorities, coordinate projects, support communication across teams, and keep key initiatives moving forward. This is not a traditional administrative role—it’s an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, strategic execution, and leadership coordination within a growing company.
We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and intellectually curious, with a strong ability to learn quickly, navigate new challenges, and manage multiple priorities while helping create structure and efficiency across the organization.
Duties
- Work closely with the CEO to help manage priorities, track initiatives, and support day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and help ensure deadlines, deliverables, and action items stay organized and on track.
- Support communication and coordination between leadership, internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination for meetings, conferences, and business engagements.
- Support research, reporting, and operational analysis related to company initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Help maintain organization across internal documents, communications, and business updates.
Experience
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience with programming, automation, AI tools, data analysis, or workflow optimization is highly valued; familiarity with Python, SQL, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Interest in business operations, renewable energy, sustainability, or growing companies
- Backgrounds in Business, Communications, Operations, Marketing, Sustainability, Economics, or related fields are welcomed
- Someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and excited to grow within a dynamic industry
