About the Role
Join our Dairy Queen team and help create great experiences for our guests! We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Crew Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
- Prepare and serve Dairy Queen treats and food items
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining, service, and kitchen areas
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Assist with stocking, prep work, and closing/opening tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Previous food service experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
