Position Overview
AXIS FREIGHT GROUP LLC is hiring drivers for last-mile delivery courier services. In this role, you will use your own vehicle to safely deliver packages to apartments, homes, and businesses.
This position is similar to Amazon-style final-mile delivery and requires strong driving skills, safe package handling, and the ability to load and unload deliveries efficiently.

Responsibilities
· Organize, load and deliver packages in a safe and efficient manner.
· Use equipment and tools provided daily to accurately and safely deliver packages.
· Possess the physical and mental stamina and ability to move throughout the day quickly and safely. This position involves constant: Sitting, Standing and Walking.
· Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
· Maintain an accurate record of deliveries and any issues that may arise.
· Handle all products with care to avoid damage and ensure safe transport.
· Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
· 18 years of age or older
· A valid driver’s license and current insurance
· A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
· Must have and be able to use a smartphone.
· All drivers will operate their own delivery vehicle.
· Ability to learn and utilize app to accurately deliver packages.
· Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
