Bottlenecks: Hot Wings, Cold Beer, Good Times!
We are a 100-seat family friendly restaurant featuring our legendary jumbo chicken wings, signature burgers, sandwiches, homemade soups, fresh-chopped salads, pasta dinners, BBQ, and desserts. Offering a full service bar with hand crafted cocktails, 14 cold draft beers and a large selections of bottled beer. We are the place to be for lunch, dinner, and late-night eats.
Looking for one full-time, or a couple part-time line cooks, usual shifts 3pm-11pm.
**Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
PAY CONDIDERATIONS - EXTRA $$$ FOR:
- More than 2 years prior experience as a cook
- Valid Drivers License/ Your own transportation
- AM/PM availability
- Full-time availability
- ServSafe Manager Certified
- Raise evaluation after your first 30 days
DUTIES:
- Read incoming order tickets
- Communicate well with others on the line to complete orders
- Use deep fryer, flat top, stove, oven, microwaves, steam tables, and cold prep station to prepare menu items consistent with instructions
- Keep products restocked and rotated
- Complete hot and cold prep work according to set recipes
- Follow daily cleaning projects
- Set up and break down stations according to guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to lift at least 50 lbs (bag of flour, case of chicken)
- Good mobility and communication in a hot, fast-paced, loud environment
- Continuous standing for 8-10 hours per day
