Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar (Kendall, FL) is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team. Inspired by the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of Peru, Pisco y Nazca delivers bold dishes, fresh ingredients, and an energetic dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
We are looking for motivated culinary professionals who take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork. These positions report directly to the Chef Partner.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to company standards
- Work Grill or Pastry stations during service
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, prepping, and portioning
- Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with organization, storage, and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Prior line cook experience required
- Experience in high-volume kitchens strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus)
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
