We are looking for a person with relevant experience of Server who is outgoing, positive, enthusiastic. A server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables. Present menus and inform them about daily specials.
2. Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring to note any dietary restrictions or preferences. Use the ordering system effectively to communicate with the kitchen staff.
3. Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items are presented well and meet customer expectations. Check in with customers periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
4. Payment Processing: Collect payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions. Prepare checks that itemize meal costs and sales taxes.
5. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, and ensuring serving stations are stocked and tidy.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Assist with food preparation and light cleaning as needed.
Qualifications
1. 2 plus years of experience as a server.
2. Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and provide a positive dining experience.
3. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately take orders and ensure that all food and beverages are delivered correctly.
4. Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic Math Skills: Competence in handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
6. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods.
