We are looking for an Automotive Technician Auto Mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles, about 70 % European and 30% Asian and Domestic. We have recently been focusing more on the European side of things and are slowly getting rid of the Asian and Domestic clients. We have been open since 2010 and have a great reputation and are seeking an Automotive Tech to work to help grow continuously with the Company.
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. We work on a lot of vehicles and we stay BUSY year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Repair automobiles and light truck vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including tires, brakes, steering and suspension service.
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components.
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer.
- Maintain and service various shop equipment including and not limited to Compressors, Lifts, A/C Machines, Tire Machines, Wheel Balancers.
Qualifications:
- 2 years (recent) of Professional Automotive Experience
- Knowledge of shop equipment, various diagnostic software, and shop management software such as Prodemand and Alldata.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the form and function of various automotive systems.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work in a clean and organized manner.
- Adequate tools to perform most repairs on European vehicles.
- Good positive attitude, shop moral is very important.
