What You'll Do
- Install signage in and around newly constructed residential communities
- Form, pour, and finish concrete pads for sign and hardscape installations
- Perform rough carpentry and general construction tasks
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing preferred
- Rough carpentry or general construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Cell phone for communication
- Basic hand tools (impact drill, tape measure, level, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to start early and work until the day's assignments are complete

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
