Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.

- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Staffing industry sales experience is required.
- Existing book of business is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Available to start immediately.
