Company Pay and Benefits for a Deck Carpenter:
- Pay starts at $22-$30 per hour, depending on credentials and experience
- 5 paid vacation days after 12 months of employment
- 10 unpaid vacation days

Candidates with limited experience will be considered. Ideal candidate qualifications include:
- Experience in decking. Specifically, knowing how to use tools, experience with framing, installing railings, and concrete
- All necessary deck-related hand tools
- Professional career attitude
- Patient and able to take constructive criticism
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable personal vehicle
- Residing within the Denver Metro
- Equipment Certifications
