Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Occupational Therapist license or eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of OT experience
- Experience in acute care, inpatient, rehab, or hospital settings preferred
- BLS certification required within 30 days of start date
- Ability to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support patients with functional mobility and ADLs
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to manage a daily caseload and prioritize patient needs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in acute care, inpatient, rehab, or hospital environments
Other Requirements:
- Must be available for onsite interview
- BLS certification required within 30 days of employment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $32.62 – $48.93 per hour
- Full-time permanent position
- Day shift with rotating weekends
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus, based on eligibility, with a 2-year commitment potentially required
