Overview
HERCULES House Movers/JRLJ Enterprises LLC, a Specialty Construction Company in the Structural/ House Lifting and Moving Industry is seeking Construction Laborer/Team Members. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, a vital part of ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic the ability to follow instructions. and a commitment to maintaining a safe work enviroment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including moving materials and tools efficiently
- Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, screw guns, cutting equipment with safety and precision
- Ability to load and unload materials and equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting and carrying throughout the workday
- Ability to work outdoors in active job site conditions including heat, cold, dust, noise and around heavy equipment
- Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing protective gear and adhering to construction workplace safety regulations
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining awareness of site safety standards
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical endurance for extended periods on-site
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocol adherence

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
