Join Allied Universal as an armed, driving Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support guests and staff through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points, as assigned.

Help to deter theft, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and/or other unwanted activity through visible presence, observation, and timely reporting of suspicious behavior.

Monitor access to restricted areas and help to verify authorized entry for vendors, contractors, and/or employees in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas only.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
