Holtzman Construction is seeking a Residential Project Coordinator to join our team. This is office and field job. Scheduling walk throughs, Talking with clients, reviewing plans, Coordinating with engineers and architects. Experience in producing Architectual drawings for small projects, using Chief architect, AutoCAD, or BlueBeam. You will also be the main point of contact for clients before their Construction starts. The ideal candidate, is someone who is able to wear Multiple hats, has impeccable follow up skills, customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a complete understanding of the Project Scopes, and the ability to review, and comprehend construction documents.
- Direct interaction with Engineers and Architects.
- Familiarity with the building permitting process
- Impeccable computer skills
- Make site visits and layout project and trades
- Check in with each client after job is sold
- Be point of contact for clients until the job starts
Experience:
- Experience in and full understanding of Pre-Construction activities.
- Residential construction background is a major plus
- Organizational skills and follow up skills a must!
- Ability to read and understand Architectual drawings (blueprints)
- Construction Project Management/Administration experience
- Experience in the construction environment
- Ability to communicate with superintendents, Project managers and clients
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently
- Ability to produce under pressure of timelines and customer demands
- Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Approx. Salary: 55,0000 to 85,000 per year (A great Canidate who demonstrates exceptional performance will be rewarded.)
