Working closely with the Cultivation team, this position supports the execution of core cultivation activities, ensures accurate recordkeeping, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing cultivation operation while contributing directly to the quality and consistency of our products.
What You'll Do
- Support all stages of the plant lifecycle, including cloning, vegetative growth, and flowering
- Perform plant care tasks such as feeding, transplanting, pruning, and monitoring plant health
- Assist with harvesting, drying, and curing processes
- Execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain accurate production and compliance records, including use of systems such as Metrc
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cultivation environment
- Assist with facility upkeep, including sanitation, waste handling, and general maintenance tasks
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state cannabis regulations

What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have and maintain an active MED Badge
- Prior experience cultivating or working with cannabis plants preferred
- Familiarity with agricultural or horticultural practices is a plus

Work Environment
This role is primarily onsite in Boulder, CO and requires regular work within indoor cannabis cultivation environments. The position typically involves a 32-40 hour workweek, including weekends, based on operational needs. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift or move materials up to 60 pounds. Work is performed in an agricultural production environment and may include exposure to cannabis plants, strong odors, humidity, temperature fluctuations, dust, airborne particles, and cleaning agents. Personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, and eye protection, is provided and must be worn as required.
