Position Summary:
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation and tenant relations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and assets are operating efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of commercial properties (retail shopping center)
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and serve as primary point of contact
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize NOI
- Review rent rolls and ensure timely rent collection and enforcement of lease terms
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Manage third-party vendors and service contracts
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure condition and safety standards
- Work closely with ownership on property performance and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of commercial property management experience required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Real estate license preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
