Job Summary
Join our established, successful veterinary clinic as we grow, grow, grow! We are looking for an outstanding Bi-Lingual Client Care Representative who will be an advocate for pets. Client Care Representatives are the face of our clinic, and they play a crucial role in our mission to bring health and wellness to the Lehigh Acres pet community by interacting with clients, handling medical records, and suggesting services that enhance the lives of the pets we serve.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to correctly spell and correctly capitalize English words, and must be proficient at using a standard English language dictionary
- Must be capable of performing basic math functions, including calculating fractions, percentages, and ratios
- Respond immediately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring an elevated level of customer service, executed with exceptional friendliness and mindfulness.
- Follow phone scripts and CCR phone protocols that ensure friendly, professional interactions.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, providing information on features and benefits to enhance their understanding.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that will improve the lives of the pets we serve.
- Maintain accurate medical records by properly capitalizing words and using correct English grammar.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed support.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuing education
- Demonstrate a commitment to greeting our clients with positive language, outgoing friendliness, and an authentic desire to heal the pets and people we serve.
Experience & Requirements
- Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Native Spanish speakers must demonstrate an exceptional understanding of English, especially as it relates to medical terminology.
- At least 2 years previous experience working in a veterinary clinic is required.
- Candidates must possess exceptional computer skills, including the ability to navigate email, send and receive messages, attach files, use a scanner, and more.
- Candidates must possess persuasive communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus, demonstrating an ability to build relationships with customers.
- Possessing project management skills is beneficial for coordinating tasks effectively within a team setting.
- Successful candidates must be intrinsically motivated and self-directed...go-getters who need little supervision.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
