Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this same facility, a separation of 18 months is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO must be spread out — consecutive days around holidays will not be approved
