While we provide accurate psychiatric diagnoses and thoughtful medication management, we believe the most meaningful and lasting outcomes come from combining medication with psychotherapy. This may include supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches. Duties and Requirements
Our staff is friendly, capable, and fast-moving. We care deeply about our patients and providing excellent, empathetic care.
Empathy, good listening skills, efficiency, ability to document well, and ability to listen and connect with the patient and provide ongoing care are important for success in this position. Reliable transportation and self-direction are necessary for this opportunity.
Duties
- Patient Care- psychiatric evaluations, assessments to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
- Provide support to patients, helping them overcome obstacles and emotional/situational/mental health challenges
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide thorough and precise documentation, done daily
- Stay up to date with advancements in psychiatric research and treatment modalities
Requirements
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or PA
- Valid State Medical license to practice
- DEA
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
