Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Baker/Pantry Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts following established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of cold dishes and pantry items to support daily menu offerings.
- Support meal preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and pantry areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Help with food handling and storage practices to ensure freshness and prevent cross-contamination.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods or special catering events.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation, handling, and sanitation.
Skills
- Baking desserts such as Lava Cake, Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, Creme Brulee...
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques are essential.
- Previous kitchen experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with menu planning, meal prep, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
