Directional Drill Laborer
Angel Directional Drilling LLC is seeking a hardworking and dependable Directional Drill Laborer to join our underground utility installation team. This position supports directional drilling operations for fiber, utility, and infrastructure projects throughout Missouri.
Responsibilities:
- Set up conduit and product pipe for installation.
- Assist the driller and locator during drilling operations.
- Change drill heads, tooling, reamers, swivels, and related equipment.
- Perform daily maintenance and greasing of drilling equipment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with potholing, locating, cleanup, and restoration activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Construction, utility, directional drilling, excavation, or underground experience preferred but not required.
- CDL is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to learn and grow within the company.
