SCOPE OF WORK
- Repair/replace damaged siding at the back corner of the garage (side parallel to driveway); address any exposed framing, sheathing, rot, or water-damaged sheathing found behind the siding
- Repair roofing over the garage and covered porch, including any damaged/missing roofing materials, flashing, and decking as needed
- Repair the covered porch roof directly above the leaking window, including flashing and any deteriorated decking, to stop water intrusion
- Repair or reseal the first-floor window under the covered porch (closest to the door, left side) as needed to eliminate the leak, addressing flashing, window seal, or exterior wall penetration as the cause requires
- Address the wall cavity around the leaking window — remove and replace any moisture-damaged insulation or drywall as needed before closing up the wall
- Ensure gutter system is properly draining and not contributing to leaks
- Take before, during, and after photos of all repair areas
JOB DETAILS
- Job Type: Small repair job — siding and roofing repair to fix an active leak (inspection has already been completed)
- Start Date: ASAP / Flexible – contact PM to schedule
- Estimated Duration: 1–3 days
- Site Details: Single-family residence — garage, covered porch, and first-floor window/wall area
- Full address provided to selected contractor upon confirmation
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of trade experience (roofing, siding, general construction)
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
PAY
$1,500 for labor, Materials TBD depending on what is necessary for repairs. Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
