We're looking for a dependable, organized Morning Pantry Cook to help set the kitchen up for success each day. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality and consistency, and understands that great preparation leads to great service.
What You'll Do
- Prepare salads, dressings, sauces, and cold menu items
- Prep fresh ingredients for lunch and dinner service
- Portion and label products according to recipe and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Rotate inventory using FIFO practices
- Assist with stocking and receiving deliveries when needed
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the line is fully prepared for service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability is required
- Morning availability beginning as early as 9 AM
- Previous prep cook, pantry cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
