Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director
An established luxury senior living community is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to join its leadership team. This full-service community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care and is dedicated to providing exceptional service and enriching the lives of older adults.
This leadership role is responsible for driving occupancy growth through strategic sales, relationship building, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in senior living who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all sales and marketing initiatives to achieve and exceed occupancy goals.
- Create exceptional first impressions for prospective residents and families.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach plans.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
- Manage lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion activities.
- Collaborate with community leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Director in senior living preferred
- Proven success meeting occupancy and sales goals.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
