We are seeking a passionate and skilled Female Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties
- Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs
- Provide Add-on services like cupping, hot stones, massage gun, etc.
- Conduct stretch therapy services as requested
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals
- Educate clients on self-care practices, post-treatment routines, and injury prevention strategies while recommending our services (sauna, cold plunge, red light)
- Collaborate with other therapists on staff and our studio staff to provide world-class hospitality and service to our clients
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally
- Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and how they relate to massage therapy techniques
- Proficiency in patient assessment to identify areas of tension or injury requiring targeted treatment
- Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques preferred
- Familiarity with medical or med spa environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
