This role is focused on service, warranty work, and problem calls.
We are looking for a seasoned plumber who can step into existing issues, diagnose them correctly, and get them resolved the right way.
You won’t be running random calls all day.
Your focus will be handling situations where experience and technical ability matter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and resolve service issues on residential plumbing systems
- Handle warranty work and callbacks
- Identify root causes (leaks, drain problems, water heater issues, fixture failures, etc.) and correct them properly
- Perform clean, accurate repairs
- Support the team on more complex situations
Who This Is For:
- You have 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- You’re confident handling warranty and callback situations
- You can walk into a problem and figure out what actually caused it
- You take pride in fixing issues the right way
- You don’t need constant direction
- Available for weekend work as needed (on-call rotation or emergency service)
Who This Is NOT For:
- New construction or install-only plumbers trying to transition into service
- Entry-level or mid-level technicians
- Anyone who struggles with diagnostics
