The Northern Apex Group is growing our Tampa team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Account Managers in Health Insurance Sales.
This role is designed for individuals who want to build professional experience in client relations, account management, and sales. You'll work directly with prospective clients to understand their health coverage needs, explain available insurance options, and help guide them through the enrollment process.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to give you the knowledge and skills needed to grow within the health insurance industry.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective health insurance clients
- Identify individual health coverage needs
- Educate clients on available health insurance options
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Manage client communication and follow-up
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
