Verstela is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician/Inspector to support a growing production team. In this role, you’ll help ensure products meet strict quality and food safety standards playing a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality results to customers.
What You’ll Do

Ensure that all company and quality assurance procedures are followed at all times . Escalate any issues/concerns to management.

Monitor production start-ups and run conditions to ensure compliance with specifications

Maintain quality records, logs, and sample inventory (retain samples, quarantine materials, and rework tracking)

Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions related to quality issues or customer concerns
-
Train team members on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and GMP/food safety standards
What You Bring
-
1+ years of QA experience is preferred

Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications

Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes

Experience with documentation and data tracking

Excellent organizational skills
Pay: $19.00–$26.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
