What You'll Do
- Greet every guest like they just walked into your own living room
- Manage the flow at the door so tables turn smoothly and nobody's stuck waiting
- Keep the waitlist honest — know it, own it, communicate it
- Team up with servers and management to keep the floor running smooth
- Handle reservations and phone calls with a smile they can hear
- Learn our regulars' names, faces, and favorite booths
- Jump in wherever needed — bussing, resetting tables, whatever keeps things moving
- Send guests off feeling like they can't wait to come back
