Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
- Support food service operations by preparing, serving, and presenting food items according to established standards
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service, addressing guest needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up before, during, and after functions
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and basic food handling techniques is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of the food industry standards related to serving, catering, and customer service is beneficial
